Description
The Easymount Air 1600SH is a heavy-duty wide format laminator designed for sign makers, print finishers and graphics professionals who need accurate, controlled mounting and laminating across a wide range of materials.
Using pneumatic air pressure, the Easymount Air gives you precise control over the laminating rollers, helping you apply even pressure across prints, graphics, vinyls, adhesive films and mounting boards. This makes it especially useful when working with materials such as Foamex, fluted board and other substrates that can be damaged or crushed by excessive roller pressure.
The roller height can be adjusted to suit the thickness of the material being used, then locked in place to help keep the correct gap during production. This makes board feeding more consistent and helps improve accuracy when mounting prints, applying vinyls or laminating large-format graphics.
The swing-out arms make loading laminate, vinyl and film easier, while the foot pedal gives the operator better control during more detailed or delicate work. A reverse mode is also included, helping with repositioning and correcting feeds when needed.
With solid heavy-duty construction, large rollers for even pressure and a digital multilingual control panel, the Easymount Air 1600SH is built for busy production environments where reliability, speed and consistent finishing quality matter.
